Delivery Time: 

  • Orders are typically Delivered within 5-6 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may extend to 7-8 business days.

Shipping Rates:

We charge shipping fees based on the weight of your parcel and the delivery location.

1. For Maharashtra State:

₹50 per kg.

A minimum charge for up to 3 kg applies. Even if your parcel weighs 1 or 2 kg, the charge will be for 3 kg (₹150).

For weights above 3 kg, ₹50 per additional kg will be charged.

2. For Other States in India (Outside Maharashtra):

₹60 per kg.

A minimum charge for up to 3 kg applies. Even if your parcel weighs 1 or 2 kg, the charge will be for 3 kg (₹180).

For weights above 3 kg, ₹60 per additional kg will be charged.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Track your order anytime via our tracking page or the shipping provider’s website.

Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • Packages returned to us as undeliverable will incur additional reshipping fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier and resolving the issue promptly.
