Return & Refund Policy
At Agrozee Organics, we take great care to ensure that all our products meet high quality and safety standards. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
No Returns or Refunds
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.
Exception – Manufacturing Defect or Damaged Product
A return or refund will be considered only if:

The product has a manufacturing defect, or

The product is damaged at the time of delivery
Conditions for Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product along with the outer packaging must be shared for verification.

The order details (Order ID, registered mobile number/email) must be provided.
Verification & Approval

Our quality control team will review the complaint.

If the claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, at our sole discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Taste or preference-related issues

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Delays caused by courier partners

Minor packaging damages that do not affect product quality
